My Name is Milton Anthony. On February 21, 1982, I was disabled in an explosion.
Three and a half weeks later, I regained consciousness in the hospital. According to a police report, a gas tank that I picked up, had a bomb in it which contained at least 6 sticks of dynamite.
Let me tell the rest of my story-my mental rehabilitation, my physical rehabilitation, and my spiritual rehabilitation-to your group. I can assure you that it will make a difference in their lives.
