After you book

Audio/Visual

If a PA system is available, I have found that a lapel microphone works best with me. I have also found that a standard lectern works best, for me to use while speaking. If you wish to video-tape my presentation, you may do so for an additional fee of $50, as long as I receive the master copy of the tape and/or DVD. Copies of my presentation will be available, (edited and in DVD format) for $75 apiece.

Acommodations

Due to my disabling conditions, I would appreciate it if you would reserve me a "non-smoking" room, with two beds, one for me and one for my attendant, on the ground floor that is "disability accessible." (The accessible room helps me be more independent with my amputations.)

If I'm staying overnight (in the case of early morning presentation,) and we arrive at the hotel late night, eating arrangements, (room service or "in-house restaurant") would be greatly appreciated. [We will call to let you know if, (for what ever the reason) we are running late. Unfortunately, sometimes... "Stuff happens."]

All traveling expenses, hotel accommodations and meals will be for myself and my attendant.
Travel expenses will also include "bad check fees," and for the size bag I carry, it's usually $25 each way.

Introductions

Here are three prewritten introductions: Intro 1, Intro 2 and Intro 3. You may use any of them, as they are or, modify them to meet the needs of your presentation.

Other Suggestions

After a whole bunch of experience, we have found the following ideas will add to the quality of any meeting when applied. These are by no means necessary, but rather tips to improve your meeting at your own discretion.
